Oh loved that comparison to TR 1, TR 2 and Bourne. I actually really enjoy TR2 as well, terribly cheesy but it works for me. I loved the interior design of the apartments which I thought was very thoughtful. The world building was solid. It's hard to believe that TR 1 was THAT violent! It was very OTT.
The design is SO GOOD!!! A perfect blend of [then] contemporary design (and thankfully leaning into the 80s colour pops which really help put it in a place and time), with some throw-back fashion the way you can always see echos of prior decades lingering, and futuristic vibes.
It’s also got some hilarious gross touches, as we see in The Nose Job Friday. I was laughing and also cringing as I freeze-framed for the best stills 😂
