Opening Shot (Zero)

We’ve been doing SHOT ZERO for over a year now. We’ve made over 262 posts on our instagram (!) and probably double that on twitter (!!). So now seems like a good time for a more permanent home to exist alongside our social media presence. A place where we can add more context, do some themed studies, longer video analysis, add tags for searching, etc.

That, and it allows people like my Mum (hi Mum!) to subscribe to our newsletter rather than sign up for instagram or twitter.

We won’t paywall our content. We believe that education should be free. Especially film education — a form that has increasingly become the province of the wealthy.

But we do offer a paid subscription in case you feel like supporting our work.
